This Privacy Policy describes how Zeus Systems Inc (“Zeus Systems”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use ZeusPing — including the hosted hub at hub.zeusping.com and the ZeusPing Pulse software (together, the “Service”).

1. Information We Collect

• Account information — your name, email address, and a securely hashed password.
• Monitoring data — the URLs, hostnames, and endpoints you choose to monitor, together with check results, response times, and status history.
• Pulse telemetry — system metrics such as CPU, memory, and disk usage reported by Pulse nodes you install on your own systems.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, device information, and server logs generated when you access the Service.
• Cookies — small files stored by your browser; see Section 4.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to operate and maintain the Service, perform monitoring checks and deliver alerts and notifications, authenticate and secure accounts, provide customer support, communicate with you about the Service, and improve and develop new features.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers listed in Section 5, when you direct us to, or where required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Zeus Systems, our users, or the public.

4. Cookies and Analytics

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to protect your session. On our public marketing pages we also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with the site, which may set analytics cookies. You can control or clear cookies through your browser settings.

5. Service Providers

We rely on a small number of third parties to deliver the Service:

• Cloudflare — network delivery, security, and DNS.
• Google Analytics — usage analytics on our marketing pages.
• Email delivery — sending account and alert notifications.

These providers process data only as needed to provide their services to us.

6. Data Retention

We retain account and monitoring data for as long as your account is active. After you close your account, we delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain it for legal, accounting, or security purposes.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and hashed passwords. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights

You may access, correct, export, or delete your account information at any time through the Service or by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy laws, or U.S. state privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). 9. Self-Hosted Deployments

If you deploy ZeusPing on your own infrastructure instead of using the hosted hub, your monitoring data stays on systems you control. This Policy covers only the hosted hub operated by Zeus Systems.

10. Children’s Privacy

The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above, and significant changes may be communicated to you directly.
